Tobacco gate: Elimination of traces of fraud in process, in full speed

Rule of law in query - interview excerption with László Valki

According to László Valki the Orbán-government does not want to lead the country out of the European Union because it would have dramatic economic consequences. The professor emeritus of ELTE University claims that the criticism of the government usually relates to the issue of rule of law. In his opinion none of the EU-members' constitutions can overwrite EU law. Valki states that Article 7 of the Treaty on the European Union is the last resort, and it would only be applied if for example Fidesz forms a government with Jobbik after the next elections.
