According to the co-head of LMP Ms. Bernadett Szél, the head of left-wing Democratic Coalition party (DK) Mr. Ferenc Gyurcsány is the main obstacle to defeating PM Viktor Orbán. Ms. Szél said in an interview on ATV television that her party was founded on the principle of representing a new and alternative ethical and political era in Hungarian public life. According to DK the co-head of LMP has failed to reach her party's goal. The essence of democratic politics is to ask voters to judge politicians. If we don't stand up for this basic idea than we will not be able to make a difference in politics. DK suggests to Ms. Szél that she try to gain the majority's support and to make LMP the biggest party of Hungary through exemplary hard work. In any case, at the moment DK and Mr. Gyurcsány are supported by far more Hungarians that Ms. Szel and her party.
