DK turns to the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) regarding the construction of a bridge by Lőrinc Mészáros

The brazen stealing continues. Lőrinc Mészáros, a front-man for Prime Minister Viktor Orbán, won the tender to construct a bridge in Komárom despite the fact that his company's offer was HUF 5 billion higher than the bid of a competitor, who was excluded from the tender.

The delegation of European Union officials sent to Hungary to investigate determined that Fidesz has taken money from European taxpayers through overpriced projects. As there is strong suspicion of having the same issue here, the Democratic Coalition is turning to the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF) to examine the situation and initiate procedures against the Orbán government if needed.
