It's stunning how the Hungarian government led by PM Viktor Orbán keeps doing business with criminals.
Businessman Csaba Tarsoly stole many people's money and Ghaith Pharaon has been wanted by the FBI since 1991 - yet the Hungarian government is the lead organizer of doing business with them, Ms. Ágnes Vadai said in an interview on the ATV program Egyenes Beszéd. According to the deputy leader of the opposition Democratic Coalition (common Hungarian abbreviation DK) the government is talking incoherently on the issue of Pharaon's fingerprints. In fact the Hungarian government was supplied by information on Mr. Pharaon by the US government. The only question is why this businessman is dogged by such unsavory stories. Ms. Vadai said that it may be that Mr. Pharaon is much closer to PM Orbán than we thought and she added that the businessman has been wanted for years. It's unreasonable that the Hungarian government didn't know about him when they gave him a visa. Mr. Pharaon is dealing with the money of very rich people and he and information about him is protected by the members of the cabinet and the PM himself. Ms. Vadai finally said that Fidesz simply neglects national security risks.
