DK is taping over the government's referendum ads as they believe it is a lie that 98% of citizens agreed with the government's position. It was announced by spokesman Zsolt Gréczy when the first ad was taped over by an activist in Budapest.
He highlighted that the majority of people listened to the democratic opposition and did not participate in the referendum. He added that the referendum was invalid and the Orbán regime did not receive approval to amend the constitution or to start negotiationw with Brussels. DK plans to stick 'invalid' on thousands of ads throughout the country.
